Girl Scouts and Me: A Story in Progress

Hi, my name is Sophia, and I’m a third-year Cadette. I’ve been a Girl Scout since my second year as a Daisy.

                                  

                          

                       

I am very passionate about Girl Scouts because it has given me the chance to grow as a leader, learn how to work with others, and give back to my community in ways that truly make a difference. Some of my favorite memories and closest friendships have come from Girl Scouts, and it has shaped who I am today. I’ve learned to step out of my comfort zone by helping others and trying new things. Each time, I come out stronger and more confident in myself. Being a Girl Scout has shown me that even the smallest actions can make a real difference in someone’s life.
